GPC-Software module for quick grade changes A new feature is now available in Optima machines. To speed up grade changes and to support machine operator doing their work, in addtion to the tool-less grade change capability, a new Grade-Change-Position (GCP) functionality is available in Optima machines. |
Due to the advantage of OPTIMA fully servo machines, all independent movable axis are moved into specific positions, that are ideal to reach for the operator to do a grade change. This reduces the change over time and optimizes the reachability of all grade dependeing parts in the machines.
